Partnership for Structural Biology

Applying structural biology to understand human health.

The Partnership for Structural Biology (PSB), on the EPN Campus in Grenoble includes EMBL Grenoble, ESRF, ILL and IBS as partners. The PSB provides a broad spectrum of state-of-the-art structural biology platforms for Campus and external users to promote integrative structural projects. The PSB also animates life sciences activities on the Campus with numerous training and outreach activities.

Rationale

Many projects are assigned to multiple research areas, which include:

Science-driven development of methodologies and instrumentation. Technical platforms are the cornerstone of the PSB and represent a significant collective investment. They are jointly operated and used by the partners.

PSB actively encourages academic visitors to make use of the state-of-the-art infrastructures, particularly for training purposes.
